Astral travel guided meditation script
Step 1: Find your space and prepare
Before beginning your journey, find a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit or lie down without interruptions. You might choose to enhance the experience by diffusing essential oils like rabbit’s sarah, black spruce, or using a crystal such as labradorite for its magical properties. If you prefer grounding, use fire cores.
Once settled, close your eyes and focus on relaxing every part of your body, from your face and neck down to your legs and feet.
Step 2: Engage in mindful breathing
Begin with deep, mindful breathing. Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, release any tension or stress. Repeat this process several times, focusing on how the breath flows in and out of your body. This breathwork helps you tune into the quantum realm, preparing your energy for astral travel.
- As you breathe in, imagine drawing in inspiration and energy.
- As you breathe out, release any stress or fear you may be holding onto.
Step 3: Visualize your energy as waves
Once your breath is steady and calm, start to visualize your energy. - How does it feel to be here?
- What changes or growth do you notice in yourself?
This is your future self, the version of you who has already succeeded. Embrace the wisdom and energy of this future moment.
Step 7: Absorb the details and bring them back with you
Take a final look around, soaking in all the details of your future success. Write them on your heart. Allow yourself to feel gratitude for all the experiences, opportunities, and growth that have led to this moment.
When you’re ready, it’s time to journey back to the present.
Step 8: Return to the present
Visualize yourself rising back up into the universe of possibilities. Follow your beam of light back into the present moment, descending gently down into your body. Feel yourself becoming grounded once again in your physical space.
- Breathe in joy and breathe out impatience.
- Breathe in confidence and breathe out fear.
Now that you’ve returned to the present, carry the inspiration and energy from your future self with you. You are ready to take the next inspired action toward your goals.
Step 9: Ground and affirm your future success
To close the meditation, repeat this final affirmation:
“As I tune into my full potential, my future abundance is now.”
Repeat this three times, feeling your connection to your future self strengthen with each repetition.
