Step 1: Find a quiet place

Begin by finding a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position, closing your eyes gently.

Step 2: Focus on your breath

Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs completely, and then exhale slowly. Repeat this a few times, allowing your breath to become steady and natural. Focus on the sensation of your breath as it enters and leaves your body.

Step 3: Bring awareness to your thoughts

As you settle into your breathing, bring open awareness to any anxious thoughts or worries that may be present. Acknowledge them without judgment, simply observing their presence.

Step 4: Visualize the beach

Imagine yourself standing on a beach, watching the waves crash against the shore. Feel the warmth of the sun on your face and the cool breeze on your skin. Picture the birds flying overhead and the vast, open sky above.

Step 5: Embrace trust

In this peaceful setting, invite a sense of trust into your heart.
