Spirit baby guided meditation script
This step-by-step guide will gently lead you through the spirit baby meditation, offering a safe and comforting space to connect with the loving energy of your future child.
Step 1: Prepare your space and settle in
Begin by finding a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Sit up with a straight yet comfortable spine, either in a cross-legged position or with your feet flat on the floor. Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.
Step 2: Visualize the pink light of love
Imagine a beautiful light floating above your headspace. This light represents the spirit baby’s energy, resonating with the color pink — a color symbolizing love and playfulness. Visualize this light as a gorgeous light rose pink color. As you watch, the light moves into your headspace, illuminating your brain and relaxing all the muscles of your face. Notice how every part of your body relaxes instantly when touched by this light.
Step 3: Let go and relax deeply
Allow the pink light to continue its journey down your body, moving from your head to your neck and shoulders and down through your arms to your hands. Release any tension, especially if you carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. There’s nowhere else you need to be, just here in this moment, feeling lighter and more at ease.
Step 4: Connect with your heart space
As the light reaches your heart, notice your heart rate slowing down. Your breath also slows, becoming calm and restful. You don’t need to change your breath — just let it flow naturally and notice it slowing. The pink light moves down to your abdomen and lower back, engulfing your organs with love, peacefulness, and healing. Feel the light travel further down into your hips, thighs, knees, and lower legs, finally exiting through the soles of your feet. As it leaves your body, it takes with it any worry, anxiety, or sadness, recycling these energies into the earth for good.
Step 5: Welcome your spirit baby
In this state of complete tranquility, you are ready to call in your spirit baby. Place your hands on your thighs with your palms facing up, signaling to the universe that you are open and ready to receive. Focus on your breath, noticing the sensations as you inhale and exhale. Imagine that with each inhale, you are drawing in the pink light from above and pulling it down through the top of your head to the base of your spine. As you exhale, the light continues to move through your body and exits through your feet.
Step 6: Chant to call in your spirit baby
Now, focus on your heart. Envision your heart encircled with a beautiful, loving light. Recall a memory where you felt deep, resonant love — this will help in calling your baby. In a moment, you will begin a chant. This chant conveys a message to your spirit baby: “I welcome and acknowledge you as part of our family.” Imagine that you are calling your child home for the evening. The chant sounds like this: Youuuu. Repeat this chant in one breath, and do it three times. Then, continue repeating it either in your mind or out loud for the next few minutes.
Step 7: Ask for a sign
After completing the chant, take a moment to ask your spirit baby for a sign that they are with you. Ask for something so undeniable that you can’t help but trust it’s them. May you be love as you ask for what you need, and may you trust that the answer you receive is true.
